Report loss or unauthorised use of Credit Card
Use any of the following options to block your card immediately:
Mobile Banking
Login to RBL MyCard App → My Account → Settings → Profile settings → Report Dispute or Fraud → Fraud → BLOCK & REPLACE/BLOCK CARD
SMS
To block and request a replacement for your RBL Bank Credit Card, send BLKRBL < last two digits of your card> to 91-9223366333 from your registered mobile number.
WhatsApp Banking
Send Hi RBL to 8433598888 → Credit Card Services → Switch-off Card Transaction
Chatbot
RBL Cares → Menu → Insta Services → Block and Reissue Credit Card
